June 2016 – September 2020: Global Spare Parts Sourcing & Trading
In the beginning, we ventured into the world of global spare parts sourcing and trading with a modest team of just two dedicated individuals. We sourced and imported spare parts from Europe and Asia. Taiwan, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Our exclusive focus was on trading quality-proven parts with foreign countries only. With passion and precision, we curated a select inventory sourced from various international hubs. This marked the inception of our journey as global spare parts traders, committed to serving foreign clients with reliable and high-quality components.
April 2021 – December 2021: Airmatic Pro80 Sdn Bhd was Incorporated
Our journey took an unexpected turn when the Movement Control Order (MCO) brought significant disruptions to our operation. In response to the challenges posed by the MCO, we made a pivotal decision to reshape our business direction and strategy. Drawing upon our expertise in spare parts and a deep commitment to innovation, we decided to shift gears and embark on a new path. We seized the opportunity to create our own brand and establish a manufacturing line, allowing us to exercise greater control over the production process and offer our clients a complete end-to-end solution. Hence Airmatic Pro80 was incorporated in 2021.
January 2022 – June 2022: Setting Up Our R&D Team
After the successful establishment of our manufacturing line, we recognized the importance of staying ahead of the curve and aligning our offerings with the dynamic market needs. In response to this, we took the initiative to set up a dedicated R & D team.
This forward-thinking move allowed us to gain in-depth insights into the market landscape and enabled us to fine-tune our products and services to precisely meet the evolving demands of our customers. Our R & D team became the backbone of our continuous improvement efforts, tirelessly researching emerging trends, technologies, and consumer preferences. With their unwavering commitment to innovation, they played a pivotal role in enhancing our product quality and service efficiency.

July 2022 – December 2022: Expanding Regional Panel Workshops in Malaysia

We saw a golden opportunity to collaborate with workshops across different regions of Malaysia, forging a network of trusted partners to provide efficient and reliable services to our customers. Our approach was to create a network of panel workshops in various regions, each meeting our stringent quality standards and sharing our commitment to customer satisfaction. These workshops became an extension of our commitment to delivering excellence, providing not only quality spare parts but also dependable services.
January 2023 – July 2023: Record-Breaking on First of the Half Year
As we continue our journey of transformation, it is with great pride that we announce a remarkable milestone in our company’s history. The sales figures for the first half of the year 2023 have surpassed all expectations, doubling the total sales achieved in 2022. Our success in doubling the sales of the previous year reaffirms our position as an industry leader and sets the stage for even more ambitious goals in the future. We believe it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, the trust of our clients, and the support of our partners.
July 2023 – Current: Expansion of New Office, Showroom & Production Area
Our newly renovated and built office has an overall built-up space of 10,000 sqft with warehouse facilities within our premises. Construction and expansion of new office, showroom units, and production area. New offices were designed to accommodate a growing team, equipped with modern amenities to foster collaboration, creativity, and a conducive work environment. Our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support meant that a spacious and efficient office space was essential.
Simultaneously, the showroom units were created to showcase our range of products, enabling our clients to explore and experience our offerings firsthand. The showroom serves as a testament to our dedication to quality and innovation, allowing customers to witness the excellence of our product up close.
The expansion of our production area was a pivotal step, significantly increasing our manufacturing capacity. This expansion enabled us to meet the growing demand for our products while maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. We are also looking at a bigger warehouse facility in the future for our further expansion plans.
